The irony of this procedure, reading this detailed house inspection report, wasn’t lost on me. In a few short months (hopefully) I’ll be making an offer on a house, having an inspection on it and REALLY hoping that it’ll be EXTREMELY thorough. But right now, as the seller, it’s a real pain in the ass.

Oh, and I’m sure there’ll be many people who won’t get the punchline, but you know, if you’ve NEVER seen an episode of Green Acres, It’s your loss.
