I spent all day working on those Thank You Cards. I decided to draw an image of a “Six Pack of Beer” with a type of beer skewed towards the name of the interviewee. Because I only had a phone interview with the Hiring Manager, I didn’t know what she looked like (her name was Meg) so that’s why I put the question mark on her face.

For my face-to-face interview with Victory’s President (Bill) and the Director of Marketing (Amy) I tried to remember what type of beer they may have said they liked and to also attempt to make the name of the fake beer play with the person’s name (hence changing “Bill” to “Bil”)

Will these pieces do any good? Will showing them that I can come up with something like this, fairly quickly helped sway their choice? I have no idea. All I can do, is….all I can do.
