Since I’d only gotten positive responses from two people I’d contacted (a third said she’d be out of town next week) I began to wonder if maybe I hadn’t of thought of this earlier and reached out a week ago. But that would have run into the Labor Day weekend and you never know who’d be in the office to receive my requests leading up to the holiday.

As it is, I’ll meet with someone on Tuesday & Wednesday and you never know who they might be able to connect with me after we meet. I’m always hopeful that perhaps some day I’ll be able to find a job and get to move back home.
