When I was ready to draw this comic I was just going to draw the people I’d seen in the gym the normal way that I do, until I decided to title the comic. When I called it “One Day At The Gym”  I realized that I was using the type of title that they used in Mad magazines for most of all of Don Martin’s comics. Like this one:
I was always a HUGE Don Martin fan and I tried my best to replicate his style in this comic.
