Of those 11 people who applied for this open position, those who didn’t include a link or URL for an online portfolio were of different ages. Some were over 30, 40 years old while others were in their twenties (so not having an online presence wasn’t an age thing). I was mostly shocked at the 20 year olds. How in the world could they not have one? They MUST have been taught this at Art School, which all of their resumes said they went to, so how could they not know to have one? I was baffled by this.

By the way, everyone we interviewed today DID have their Artwork online, so we could see what they can do.
