I understand the struggles the newspaper industry is going through these days and I realize that they’ll do what they can, to hang onto any customer (even one like me who only gets the paper one day a week). But seriously, I’m moving miles and miles away. To another city. I’ll want to get their paper. Just accept my cancelation and don’t try to guilt me to keep getting something I don’t want.

As for the urine sample, I guess I was just taken aback that she kept stressing how she couldn’t get involved with anything, that I had to handle the container myself.
