Yes, it was back at the end of March of 2015 when I had contacted, met and showed Annemarie my house. Then, in early December of 2016, when it looked as if I’d be moving to Charlottesville, VA in February of this year, to work at Plow & Hearth, she came over again and I signed agreements with her to represent me in selling the house.

Even though that job promise was never fulfilled, and I never had to go through with the move and selling of the house, she still kept all the paperwork, just in case. Because of that, we’re able to use the same paperwork. Just change the dates.
