In my six months here with Siemens I don’t have any complaints, well except for this. It seems as if my onboarding has been, well, non-existent. I guess, perhaps, the main reason why I never really received everything I needed was because I started as a contract employee. Hopefully, now that I’m full time and have a supervisor who understands my position, I’ll start getting all the things I need in order to do my job.
