Yeah, it sounds like mice, or some other little critters. I don’t think there’s much I could do right now about this, especially since I’m currently unemployed and can’t really afford to pay to investigate. If they’re mice and smart mice at that, they better not get out from inside that wall and scurry around the house. As these past comics have depicted: Linus and Lucy chasing a mouse in my Audubon house in 2013 and then Linus and Lucy catching that mouse. Not to be outdone, here in my current house: Linus and Lucy chasing a mouse in 2020 and then the inevitable end for their prey. They’re mousers not to be fooled with.

I just hope that if there are animals within those walls that they never chew through anything important.
