Daily Comic Journal: May 14, 2017: “Well, This Sucks. (Pun Intended)”
Companies can frustrate me so much. Especially a company’s “customer services”.
I thought calling directly to Hoover, the company that made my vacuum cleaner would give me the information I needed. Sure, I guess, if I’d flipped the machine over and written down every number they’d printed on the damn thing, that info would help. But I didn’t. Instead I wrote down the name of the product. The name which was in HUGE type printed on the front of the machine. The fact that Hoover didn’t have the name in their computer (yes, it’s an older machine, but it IS their machine) really ticked me off. After she asked for the serial number half a dozen times she finally got the gist that I wasn’t at home. The extra time she took (with me on hold) to search once again for the name was just too much for me. I bought the box of bags I thought looked like it could fit my cleaner.
As a follow up, I chose wisely. 🙂
