Am I making too much out of this? Maybe. But if it’s so important for a new client to have two forms if ID before they’re accepted and then submitted for an open job, shouldn’t that be paramount on the list of information they’re giving you when they’re contacting you for the first time on the phone? I mean, Forest Hills isn’t that far of a drive and it’s not as if I have anything else to do or anywhere else to go.
