I suppose the easy thing to do would be to turn off the news or don’t seek out news to read online, but that would just be hiding my head in the sand. Besides, I need to know what’s going on out there, now that I’m stuck inside the house (for example, I’m glad I found out about the primary being moved, this should give me enough time to order a mail in ballot).

I’ll just need to balance out my news intake with frivolous sitcoms and movies on DVD.
