Now this comment is being made by just seeing the location and outside of this house along with written descriptions of it, without walking through the home. But if I have to weigh a decision on where the house is compared to no central air, well… I’m not about to pay a lot of money for a house then eventually have to shell out a lot of money for installation of an AC and duct work.

(and you’ve got to wonder, if it’s not constructed with central air duct work, what’s the electrical wiring like? How up-to-date is the rest of the necessities of this house?)
