I know it’s easy for me to complain about people and places when I don’t get what I  expect or get bad service, so I should point out when I got good service. The two men who delivered my furniture from Value City Furniture were nice, courteous and did a flawless job of delivering the pieces (that included attaching the legs and not scuffing or scraping the floor).

So despite not having these pieces when I was supposed to get them, on June 9th, it all worked out in the end.
