Because this was a scheduled tune-up and not a service call, I didn’t mention to the guy that it hasn’t been working. I know these services will charge you a ton, just to come out and look at your A/C (or furnace) but they won’t charge you extra for just a standard check-up. After he checked out both the furnace area and unit, BAM, it started working  and I got a cool house again. He said everything was fine. So, not to push my luck (and I haven’t had much good luck for a while) I’ll just live with the fact that it’s working again.
