I’m guessing that probably somewhere along the line that the health insurance I had at the time perhaps not covering enough of the cost or covering too much of it that resulted in an overcharge. Would they have been as tenacious in tracking me down like this (considering that I have a new address and new health coverage) if the amount that they owed me was much, much more?
