I suppose the gym put that sign up for insurance reasons or legal reasons, to cover their ass in case the worst would happen. I think most preventiveness “actions” that establishments take are only to cover themselves in case of a lawsuit down the road. But as I mean in the last panel, if someone wants to perform an horrific action, no “law” will stop them.

I think that sign sums up just how pathetic this country has become, with their love and selfishness to carry killing firearms wherever they go. It would never cross my mind to bring a gun, ANYWHERE, let alone a gym. But, I guess that’s just me.
