I’d be surprised if anyone reading this comic has ever seen “I, Claudius” let alone had heard of it. It’s one of those excellent TV series from decades ago that has been long forgotten. (On a side note it pisses me off when I read or see a list somewhere on the net of the best TV dramas of all the and they never include anything from the 20th Century, as if no-one made anything back then.)

As I read this book it’s got me thinking more and more about that show and how I haven’t seen it in a long time. I realize that I should be watching my money and not buy anything I really don’t need, but if the DVD of “I, Claudius” isn’t too expensive…
