I probably should have considered changing the battery when I moved in last year. I mean, who knows how long this particular battery’s been in this opener. It could have been in there for years. But, it’s not one of those things you think about when moving into a new house, especially considering all the problems I had when I did move in.

Just don’t ask me why it took me so long to consider the battery as the problem with this door to operate correctly.
