Job searching online is both frustrating and many times just fruitless. What I learned at my last job at Siemens, and what I talked about in previous comics in 2019, that when I went from contract worker to full time worker, by law, they had to post that my position was open. But it really wasn’t. I just needed to reapply to my position (which I already had) as a formality. So as I go through “open” jobs on job boards I have to wonder….

Just how many of thee jobs actually exist?
