Weird little useless piece of trivia here:

In the scene from the film, that I’ve depicted, of Buddy reading a comic book, he’s reading Thor #139 (Apr. 1967). Kenneth Branagh who both wrote and directed this film also directed the Thor film from 2011, which was the first film adaption of that character.
