I’m not too surprised that this stretch of road was a sheet of ice. Christy Park is a small neighborhood and is part of the city of McKeesport. It’s no secret that McKeesport is impoverished, and underfunded cities like this will either cut corners or not have the funds to treat their roads. All you have to do is see the many potholes that go unfilled, sprinkled among all the streets and roads of McKeesport.
