I selected to draw the fictional heroes that I read and watched during my formative years. The heroic characters that helped shape my point of view, teaching me that good should triumph over evil.

Characters from Comic Strips (Dick Tracy), Comic Books (Captain America & the Falcon, The Thing of the Fantastic Four), Television (Batman, The Lone Ranger) and Paperbacks (Doc Savage).

As I get older, there are times that thinking this way may feel fruitless and naive, but I’m not going to change. I won’t succumb to that cynicism.
