Seriously, what’s so scary about this?

For as long as I can remember, driving into Pittsburgh (from the East) we’d go through the Squirrel Hill Tunnel. It’s just the continuing road with a “roof” over it. So why the hell do SO many drivers insist on coming nearly to a complete stop before entering? Why ???!!! All it does is start a chain reaction of a back-up, and during rush hour the back-up is even longer. And, like today, add in an accident….

Oh boy.
