I know I’ve talked about this subject in these comics before (well, maybe not so much talked about, more like ranted and raved about), especially during these last job searching years, but it’s true. Networking does not work.

The reason I believe this is, that it takes TWO to network. The job searcher (me) does all he can by reaching out, sending the required information needed, but if the contact (the person who works at the company with the job) doesn’t bother responding. Doesn’t bother to let the searcher know if they have chance for at least an interview, then networking is a waste of time.
