I’ve notice this indicator popping up a lot over the last few weeks:

I had a suspicion that something was wrong (usually this indicator would pop up at least once a year, when the weather gets cold for the first time), so I wasn’t shocked when she told me of the holes. In fact, these days, being told I have to pay something for an unexpected charge or cost doesn’t shock me.
