I wasn’t surprised that they would suggest that we would need to have something fixed. I also wasn’t surprised that it would cost a lot.

I mean seriously, when was the last time you had a plumber, or electrician or any number of repair service person come to your home only to have them say; “No, everything looks fine, everything is functioning correctly, we won’t need to make any repairs.

Anyway, I’m thinking that my mom, at her age, 93, and having lived in this house for nearly 60 years is at the point in her life where, “No, let it go.”
