I’m guessing that the apples I placed on the hill top was eaten by the deer. I mean, I have ground hogs, squirrels, chipmunks various birds and rabbits (like the one in the comic) that populate my yard so it could have been any of them. In my mind I’d like to think that all the wild animals out there take turns and ration the apples so everyone gets their fair share.

Yeah, I know that’s not how the real world works but in my mind I’d like to think that’s how it is.
