I hope I’m not painting this plumber as some incompetent person. Sure, not knowing where his keys were was a bit unnerving (and wasted some time, thankfully he wasn’tgetting paid by the hour) and I didn’t mind helping out (anything to get the job done quicker and to see what was needed to remedy the problem). But as I say in the 4th panel, a second person was definitely needed.

If I wasn’t there my 93 year old mom wouldn’t have been able to do all the things I did.

You’d think my aid could have lead to a bit of a discount in what they charged at least.
