I wasn’t too mad about having to wait after signing in online (I didn’t have to wait too long). I understand the signing ahead function doesn’t mean that, as soon as I show up they have to yank someone out of the chair and immediately start cutting my hair. Besides, it gave me time to contemplate about the waiting area chairs and supplied me with something to write about. So, it was a win-win.
