This is the downside of ordering items online. The inability to speak with an actual person to get information and answers when a product you’ve ordered doesn’t arrive. I understand right now, within this ever spreading coronavirus, that masks are extremely desirable by many. Not just by individuals like me, but by hospitals and senior homes, so I’m not surprised with the difficulty in trying to acquire masks. But I did place the order. They did take my money and told me when to expect delivery. The least they could do is have someone available to explain to me, why they don’t arrive.
