That nest is being build under the eave of my neighbors porch roof. My kitchen has these nice large french doors, with Pella windows, that open onto my stone paved courtyard and brings in a lot of light. Fortunately the hedges gives me privacy as well as a place for birds to sit in (and long time readers may recall, this was where, last summer, I had a massive hornet nest within it). I’ve been thinking of hanging a bird feeder off my gazebo, which butts onto the courtyard, this year. If I do, I’m sure I’ll be feeding the offspring of my new winged neighbors.
