My guess was that the kid in the stall (Jeffery) was using the public restroom for the first time. That was my guess. Though if it was anything else, I don’t want to speculate.

I think when they first began installing the automatic faucets in public restrooms they used to have a button to push, in case the automatic eye wasn’t working. Now though, it seems to me, it’s all automatic or nothing. Or[…]↓ Read the rest of this entry…
